The Library’s goal is to systematically support the academic and research activities of the Institution, while also promoting critical thinking and lifelong learning.

Users have access to:
- An extensive collection of printed books, scientific journals, newspapers, and other printed materials
- Specialized electronic databases, e-books, and multimedia-rich scientific content
- Lending and interlibrary loan services
- Individual and group study spaces, as well as quiet zones for concentration
- Use of internal infrastructure
By making full use of technological capabilities, the Library has strategically invested in recent years in strengthening its digital holdings. Through secure connection to the university network (VPN), all members of the academic community have remote access to electronic resources, enhancing flexibility and uninterrupted academic support regardless of location.
Both libraries have specially designed spaces equipped with computers, offering an appropriate digital environment for research, writing, and data processing.
The Library’s operation is supported by a team of specialized and experienced librarians who provide personalized guidance, assistance with research inquiries, and advisory services for the effective use of available resources.
Access to the Library’s services is offered free of charge to all members of the university community (students, academic and administrative staff, and researchers). Physical presence at the Library’s premises is accompanied by access to all provided services, while remote use requires connection via VPN.
